IT’S BULLS & BLOOD, DUST & MUD, BOOTS & SHAFTS & COWBOYS HATS – IT’S RODEO!   This is from Garth Brooks’ description of the Rodeo, a uniquely Western experience that you shouldn’t miss.  After all, we do live in Texas!  Not sure where and when?  Join the Road Runner excursion to the Fort Worth Stock Show and the World’s Original Indoor Rodeo on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012.  

Tickets to this event will be sold in the Club House by the trip coordinators, Jean Dubiel and Jim Zimmerman  from their house. (262-0332) The cost is $33 per person and includes travel by round trip bus and reserved seats to the 2:00 P.M. rodeo, a wonderful and exciting event.

In addition to the rodeo, the Stockyards offer animal and agriculture exhibits, diverse shopping and many delicious restaurant choices.  The bus will depart Robson at 10:00 A.M. and should arrive in Fort Worth before 11:00 A.M., leaving ample time to have fun before the Rodeo starts.  Road Runners will depart for the Ranch immediately after the show, so everyone should be back by 6:00 P.M.  Yee Haw!!
