Whenever possible, Road Runners will refund the ticket price if an event is cancelled.  However, often tickets we purchase, the bus we provide, and other expenses for the event are nonrefundable.  In such cases, Road Runners will not make a refund to members.

If you cannot attend an event, Road Runners almost always has a wait-list and will assist you in disposing of your tickets when possible. Please refer to the wait-list policy.
