KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Fort Worth Rodeo
Those holding tickets to the Road Runner sponsored trip to the Fort Worth Rodeo at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 should be at the bus in the Clubhouse parking lot by 9:40 A.M. The bus will depart at 10:00 A.M. sharp. If you have not already picked up your ticket, a Road Runner representative will be available to give it to you as you check into the bus. In order to avoid confusion, it would be very helpful for you to get a map of the venue and locate your seat. This event is sold out and you should allow at least 30 minutes prior to the 2:00 P.M. start to access your seat and get settled. There is a short flight of stairs up to Section “C”, as well as to your seats. The Stock Show Information Booth is located in the main concourse of the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall Building.
Your ticket allows you entrance to all of the arenas and shows. Prior to the start of the Rodeo, there should be ample time for you to enjoy the numerous restaurants, exhibits and shopping available throughout the area. Warm clothing and comfortable shoes are advisable, as well as an umbrella (just in case).
The bus will depart for Robson Ranch immediately after the Rodeo. A pick-up location will be given to you by the bus driver, so be sure to check your bus name and number – you don’t want to have to rent a horse to get back home! Enjoy the flavors, sights and sounds of the old West!
